Cancellation Policy

REDElite Customer Booking Policy Booking Process Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All event details, including date, venue, and AV requirements, must be confirmed at the time of booking. A signed service agreement is required to secure your booking. Deposits & Payments Full payment is required upon booking to reserve equipment and schedule technical support. Accepted payment methods include ACH, credit card, and company check. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee (deposit forfeited). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Changes to event details (date, location, equipment) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Insurance & Liability A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming REDElite as an additional insured is required for all bookings. Clients are responsible for the safety and security of all equipment during the event. Optional damage waiver coverage is available upon request. Onsite Support & Equipment REDElite provides setup, teardown, and on-site technical support as specified in your service agreement. Clients must ensure venue access for equipment delivery and removal per agreed schedule. Any loss or damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the client.
