What You Can Expect

Calls vary by show. Expect a mix of early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with schedules shared as far in advance as possible. If youre flexible and reliable, youll stay busy.
Team-based execution: Youll work as part of a crew with a clear chain of commandlead techs give direction, you execute, and the team communicates to keep the show moving. We hold a high bar for punctuality, safety, and professionalism.
