America’s largest financial literacy movement during Super Bowl 50 deserved a stadium-sized welcome that would rival a Super Bowl Halftime performance. Challenges included multi-city broadcast, ongoing touring production needs, talent booking, event management, analytics. Solution We first established communication between the client, venues, third-party integrations teams and the event leads within our internal team. Our event leads performed pre-event venue evaluations. From photos and measurements to mock-ups and onsite logistics planning. We proposed 2 ideas each providing a Super Bowl equivalent event that offered premium audio and visual clarity. Provided CAD drawings for each proposal for technical visibility for each venue. After two weeks of preparation, ShowREDE embarked on the Greater Richmond Convention Center with a two-day installation, including rehearsals from top-tier artists, speakers and industry professionals.
