REDElite RoomPass (Non-Subscription)
What is a RoomPass?
A REDElite RoomPass is a one-time, turnkey AV package for a breakout room or small meeting space. It’s designed for planners who want predictable pricing, fast setup, and reliable onsite support - without signing up for a subscription.
How many days are included?
• Each RoomPass includes 1 event day for the selected package.
• Event day coverage: up to 10 hours on show site (typical meeting-
day coverage)
• Setup + strike: included when it can be completed within the same
event day schedule
If your schedule requires a separate day for early load-in, rehearsal, or next-day strike, we’ll quote that clearly as an additional day (so there are no surprises).

ShowPass is a package-first way to scope premium AV quickly. It can be delivered as a clean package, or expanded into full production depending on your room, schedule, and show needs.
What's needed to receive a quote quickly?
Event date(s), venue + room dimensions (or a floorplan), attendee count, seating style, and any must-have moments (keynote, awards, video playback, walk-on music, etc.).
Do you support rehearsals and showcalling?
Yes. During your consultation, ask about our Prime and Signature Add-ons that are designed for high-stakes moments and can include tech rehearsal and showcalling workflows (comms, cues, and run-of-show support).
Can you match our brands look on screen?
Absolutely. We can help you land a clean, premium screen look (fonts, layout, safe margins, and a consistent visual system) so content reads well in-room and on camera.
What about back-up plans?
